Dry 1 day We immediately plunge in the DOC Taburno in two of the most representative cellars of the area in a sequel of vineyards that tell the Aglianico history. The first cellar will receive us with a way among the old vineyards and than in the modern cellars, where, guided by the owners and with adequate tastings of gastronomic products of the land, we’ll know the highest expressions of the withes. The second stop will supply with a look on the lands and the potentiality of the Aglianico, the Southern brother of the Barolo and the Barbaresco. After a tour guided by the oenologists through vineyards and cellars to discover the processes of winemaking, the ageing and bottling of the DOC of the area, it will begin the Aglianico lunch/tasting based on land’s dishes wisely elaborated and paired to the wines according to techniques that an expert sommelier will introduce to you.
Participation fee for each person (minimum 6 persons) 55 Euro for each person. The fee includes: guided tour of two cellars with tasting/aperitif and tasting/lunch with professional sommelier companion during all the duration.
