The proposal for the weekend begin on Friday evening with the arrival at the destination chosen by you in Torrecuso, in the earth of the DOC Taburno, where some of the best Campania’s wine are produced. Than dinner at restaurant with the first introduction of the land’s wines. On Saturday morning, after breakfast, we will leave to see the two cellars more representatives of the territory in a sequel of vineyards that tells the Aglianico of Taburno history. The tours are guided by the owners or by the oenologists through vineyards and cellars. The assisted tastings of the famous wines include tasting of land’s products for the first cellar and supported gastronomic tasting also warm for the second, which will become in a typical country lunch with seasonal products. Relaxing before dinner. Dinner/ tasting in restaurant with typical products and wines of other cellars of the land and than the knowledge and the deepening of the DOC Taburno.
On Sunday morning, according to one’s choice, (to effect during the booking) tour of a third cellar with lunch there guided by expert sommelier, that will introduce you to the discover of the techniques of combining wine/food or excursion free or guided (look at excursions).
Participatio fee for each person (minimum 6 persons) at one’s own expense: 180 Euro for each person.The fee includes: 2 overnights stay with breakfast in double room at the Bed and Breakfast “Le Vigne” or at the “Hotel Lemi”; 2 dinners drinks comprised with tasting typical products and chosen wines menu; guided tour at the cellars as in the Sunday’s program, with tasting/aperitif and tasting/lunch.
The fee not includes: transfers, excursions, tours and lunch of Sunday and all not foreseen in “the share includes”.Supplements and reductions: visit extra cellar on Sunday with lunch/laboratory guided by professional sommelier 45 Euro for each person. Bus for the tours at the cellars on Saturday 15 Euro for each person.
